• Final website delivery may be withheld until full payment is received.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Project Delays

Project timelines may be affected if the client fails to provide required information, approvals, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and content created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, or licensed resources remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

corevix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Website Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, and security services are only included if specified in the selected package or maintenance agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any completed work performed before termination remains payable.

10. Changes to Terms
